Merrill Eisenhower Atwater

Merrill Eisenhower Atwater is the great grand son of Dwight David Eisenhower. While accompanying the Celebrate the Interstate cross-country convoy, Atwater filed a blog.

He is currently majoring in Interpersonal Communications and European History, with a minor in business, at Missouri Western University. In Atwater's free time he was elected into the university's Student Body Senate for three years and sat on the Inter-Greek Council for four years. He served on many committees tasked with improving Missouri Western University while he was with the Student Body Senate.

Atwater attended Valley Forge Military Academy and College for high school where he graduated as 5^th caption – the highest rank that a high school senior could obtain.

Currently he is working on the U.S. Senate Campaign of Claire McCaskill. Atwater hopes to run for a seat on the Kansas City, Missouri, City Council and one day join McCaskill in Washington, D.C.
